I ordered a Suncast storage box on 1.6.23, after waiting a month for the product to come back into stock.
On 6.6.23 the wrong colour storage box was delivered.
On 7.623 I notified Garden Street of the error and you said you'd arrange for it to be collected.
DPD failed to collect the box as arranged on 9.6.23
DPD also failed to collect the box as further arranged on 13.6.23.
I have made several calls to Garden Street's customer services since then but although the woman I have spoken with has been polite and tried to resolve this, it appears you are 100% dependent on Suncast sorting the issue out and they don't appear to be communicating. I have been told by your customer services yesterday and today that they have made numerous attempts to speak or elicit an email reply from Suncast, to no avail. This is very concerning that the UK distributor doesn't answer the phone or reply to emails. Are they going bust?
Today, 21st June, I have requested a refund and requested confirmation from you by phone later today that this has been actioned.
I have also requested a telephone call to let me know when the incorrect product is being collected. This is a largish box which is now sitting in the communal hallway of the flats i live in and is very inconvenient to everyone here.
Very disappointed, especially as Garden Street appears to have no control of events.
