We are very happy with the finished product however we were not happy with the condition of the item received. The floor was unacceptable (big gaps in boards and not strong enough for purpose) so we had to buy sheets of MDF to put down. The finish of the wood was also terrible. Very rough and would not have been safe to let a child play inside. A lot of sanding was needed just to make this safe. The wood also had several large holes which had to be filled. If I had time to return this and order another in time for my daughter's birthday I would have. After a lot of work and additional cost I am extremely happy with the finished product but not sure i would be able to recommend.
