Garden chair damaged, half the arm was lying loose in the box. Very slow response and when it came they seriously expect me to repair myself.
I have given them the opportunity to replace, but they fail to respond, I have requested a full refund and they ignore e-mails and telephone gives you an automated message.
Absolutely shocking customer service, they take your money and expect you to be satisfied with badly damaged goods.
