I have given a 3 as the main issue, from what I can tell, was the delivery company. I received a text to say they had arrived - the had not Both my husband and I tried to call Garden Street, no answer all afternoon and no ansfone. I sent an email and they were delivered at 9pm the following evening with the plastic packaging ripped and two bit broken. I sent photos of these and after two or three days my email was returned - by this time I could not be bothered to deal with the company by email so left it
