Telephoned on 25th November 2020 in advance of ordering to check stock availability as the item was for a Christmas and was advised delivery within 10 working days.
Placed the order online and received an email a few days later advising delivery wouldn't be until the end of February 2021.
My refund was received promptly and the staff were courteous but I would not buy from them again.
