Ordering was easy. However, I didn't get an email to say they had sent the item. As such Royal Mail did deliver within the 3 business days but I was out and they hid it behind some pots on the garden. I contacted you about late delivery only to be told it had been delivered 2 days ago and the picture of delivery position was shown. You need to make sure that you send a delivery/dispatch notification to save any unnecessary bad publicity.
