This has been my second order with Gardening Naturally. The products are good and the service from GD is fine. However, on both occasions there have been serious delays caused by DHL their chosen courier for 'awkward' shapes. In the first case, the goods were located but somehow could not be delivered in the last leg and were eventually returned to GD. It was a birthday present and so there was disappointment allround as well as the inconvenience and need for a refund. I decided to try again and this time the problem was 'just' a delay of a week or so stuck in DHL's system, requiring 'only' two chasing calls to DHL with attendant long waits and confusions. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR COURIER or you risk losing an otherwise happy customer.
