Company does not support refunds despite saying so in terms and conditions. Would not have purchased if I knew I couldn’t easily return as needed dimensions to be spot on and upon arrival discovered it won’t fit. I have since purchased a made to measure fence railing and had this installed and am left out of pocket for ones that don’t fit that I now can’t return.
