I purchased a Banana Cantilever and base on 28/04/23. Stated 3 to 7 days, on 7/05/23 I contacted customer service with regards to my order, I received email back on 9/05/23; stating it was in warehouse ready to be uplifted. And would be delivered together. I received the base on 11/05/23, with no Banana Cantilever, contacted customer service again to inform them. Received a email on 15/05/23 to inform me that, it had left warehouse.that they would investigate and get back to me. They got back to me apologising stating, that they only had green left I informed them to give me a full refund for order, Eventually on the 19/05/23 I got refund for Banana Cantilever, I contacted them again, explaining I wonted full refund and to uplift the base. After a few more emails The base was finally uplifted on 2/06/23, I am still waiting for refund To say I am a little annoyed is an understatement, hence the reason for this email. So my question is ? advertising products for a great price, but is unable to fulfil, the goods or delivery is not given your Company a good reputation I never do reviews, but feel I need to let other customers know my experience.
