Bought the outsunny 3 tier greenhouse, it was dispatched quickly and received tracking information through yodel, sadly the box was damaged when it was delivered most parts were fine but one of the shelves was broken, so contacted garden chic they got in touch with the manufacturer who has dispatched the shelf.
Very good customer service and kept me informed.
