Having placed an order for a computer desk on the 28th December and receiving an e-mail on the 5th January to say this had been dispatched I then needed to chase up delivery details which I did on the 11th January. The customer service department kept saying they would contact me with details. Something they never did. After chasing these details again, and this company blaming their suppliers I have finally been told the product is now out of stock and a refund will be arranged. I just feel that I have been lied to throughout this whole process with them trying to blame someone else instead of taking responsibility for their failings. Would never order anything again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
