The problems began when we were given a delivery date. My husband rearranged his work schedule to be able to stay at home. At 5pm he received a text to say the shed would arrive in half an hour. It never arrived. We contacted customer services to be given another date. Again, the date came and went. No shed arrived. We had to chase and chase to eventually have a shed delivered to us. The quality. Well…. Inaccurately measured, mouldy, poor quality timber pretty much sums it up. Unbelievably disappointing. Multiple pieces of timber literally snapped as our builder was putting it together. He was so shocked at the awful quality of this shed. My advice… avoid avoid avoid this company. Wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering a shed from Garden Buildings Direct. Have tried to post photos to their Twitter to show the awful quality of their materials, but they hide all of their bad feedback.
