WARNING to Facebook friends.. FROM MY EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is appalling. I now have a shed which is not complete as incorrect parts are not being replaced. The internal support parts were too short and some parts were not pre drilled or drilled correctly. The shed has no internal metal support. Spent best part of two months in email exchange with Garden Buildings Direct sending photos upon photos, videos, explanations of the problem many times and each time more info was requested and then finally advised they will come back to me... chase up emails have now been ignored.
