In all honesty this is the worst company I have purchased from since the beginning of the pandemic, I brought an tower playhouse for over £800. Only 3/4 of the order turned up, I waiting a week for the remaining. I was the. Missing 4 parts, but they said I don’t need them. Crazy the instructions say I do. I was short on fixings, both nails and screws, I had to spend close to £10 buying them myself as I waited 2 weeks for the screws and nails but they never arrived. The clout nails for the mineral felt roof are a long as a double layer of the felt, so cannot reach the roof boards to fix in. But the worst of it, the main tower leg was split in 2, its poor quality wood and was not checked, you can see the treatment has gone into the splits.
