Would be helpful if you either made the delivery more flexible or stated at time of purchase what day the delivery would be on.
Missed the initial delivery because you could only deliver on a Thursday.
Made arrangements to take the Thursday off to receive the door, only for the driver to call and advise that it would now be delivered on the Friday.
The purchase through the website was really easy. Staff returned emails and phoned to discuss delivery options.
Just a shame it wasn't made clear from the start the the delivery would be restricted.
