Jack was amazing, he arrived in lots of time and I received a text when he was on his way. He did some nifty reversing onto our driveway and was set up in no time. He had a handle on the children straight away & everyone got a go on all the games on offer. Very happy kids- it's the excited gasp as the van doors open that makes your day! 5 stars to you jack! If I could give some feedback on the booking front I would advise that the staff perhaps attend a party to see how it is run, and also update the website on key information. Especially in terms of a mixed group of children & what games can be played together as this would help manage the children's expectations. My daughter couldn't have just dance whilst my son had Fifa.
