Like many others I was duped into believing this was a UK Website, I had a loyalty code to receive 10% discount on my first order but this was not accepted & after paying what I thought was a good price for the item was very surprised when I checked my statement & the money taken was higher than the price advertised plus added extra's were taken from my account without my permission so had to cancel the card to stop any more being 'taken' so the item cost me a lot more than I wanted to pay. My item arrived from Singapore after 7 weeks(had stuff from China quicker) & all in all would have been better to have shopped around for a genuine British supplier, I will not be recommending or using this terrible company again.
