When I placed the order I didn’t think it had gone through so I was quite surprised to get an e -mail the next day. That was fine I liked the shoes. Wish I had done my homework on your returns policy. What company today doesn’t do a free return. There is no way I would of shopped with you if I had realised. It cost £11 to return these shoes so I was at a loss. I will never order from you again or buy your brand. I have your brand in my cupboard there lovely shoes but there will be no more. As the world is changing to internet shopping I suggest you change your returns policy there are plenty of people like me will shop else where. What a shame you value your profits before customers.
