Shoes are lovely. I bought two different finishes in the loafer, size 4.5 but they were huge! At a cost of over £16 I had to return them. I bit the bullet and decided to try the size 4 in the patent finish. The left fits fine with one of my own insoles, but the right she slips on the heel. So at another additional cost to me, I need to return them……
