Lovely boots, soft leather, but I decided to return them as I prefer a higher heel. Would have exchanged for "Maybe" style, but unfortunately out of stock in size 3. Customer service was patchy: a young man promised the earth and delivered nothing, then talked to a young lady who was excellent, and most helpful. I think that returns postage should be pre-paid on such an expensive item.
