Despite there being a label attached to the shoe (trainer) stating a removable soft cushioned inner sole was included, none was provided. Consequently the inner sole is very hard and without any cushioning, uncomfortable to wear hence why they were returned for a refund. Such a shame but at a cost of £99 they do need to be pleasant to wear.
