Product is great but arrived damaged, with a cut on the front. Despite assurances that a replacement would be sent, it was not despatched until 5 days after my call to customer services. Then, knowing there was a 2 day postal strike the next day, the replacement was sent Royal mail. Having returned the damaged pair after 10 days I am still waiting for the replacement pair. Reputation is built on customer services - this was not a great experience.
