The boots I ordered arrived in a damaged unmarked box, that looked like it had been in the rubbish bin for some time.
The boots itself was far too big and very wide at the top.
I would have probably swapped them for 1/2 size smaller- However, given you are the only company I have had to pay for return postage (and insistence to send via tracked delivery) , has cost me more than £10!!!! Something unheard of with any other retailers!
Therefore I will never buy from you again - and avoid in future
