Shocking customer service. I bought a pair of sandals from House of Bruar. The strap on one broke after wearing four times. Other customers complained on line of the same problem. I returned the faulty sandal for inspection. I was told that they would require both sandals as their strategy would have been to mend them. I wanted perfect shoes, not mended ones, after wearing so few times I Gabor told me they would not accept a photo of the broken sandal and wanted the shoe sent to HoB.
