Shoes arrived in a poor state. When I opened the box I knew these shoes were not in top condition. The wrapping paper around the shoes was very creased. The shoes look as if they had been handled by someone with dirty or dusty hands. One shoe had a wooden stick. The bows on the shoes were not covered. The tips of the toes were shiny. The shoes looked as if they had been returned and then sent out to me without any inspection. I had to wear them as I was going to a wedding and didn’t have time to get another pair. When I buy shoes on line they are usually in a pristine condition so I was very disappointed. I have bought Gabor shoes before without a problem so will still give an 8.
