The buying of a pair of boots was easy and the delivery was faultless. However, the boots weren’t right for me so I had to send them back. Having to pay £11:40 to send them tracked was not a pleasant experience. I wish I’d read the small print as to have to pay so much for a return was not great for me as a customer. Sadly Won’t order again with Gabor / Charles clinkard online due to this.
