Service over the telephone was excellent. My only point would be when ordering online the dates offered for delivery window are 4 days. I specifically ordered when those four days allowed me to work from home to be there for delivery. I was later told by telephone that they were guide dates only. The item arrived a week later than the advertised delivery dates. I would recommend either the wording be changed with online orders to make it clear these are guide dates OR give a more accurate delivery expectation date.
