I ordered from you in 2020 and one of the side tables I ordered was badly damaged. Rather than complain and have the hassle of sending it back, I fixed it myself so all good.
Then this week, out of the blue, you start sending me erroneous order confirmation emails and these silly surveys all over again.
I telephoned to query why the erroneous emails and was offered no apology but was just told in a matter of fact way that your systems had been updated????
An odd way to run a business.
