An item of furniture should not fall apart after 6 months. Please see Google reviews for the pictures. Very disappointed. Not happy and very frustrated with the dishonesty and poor customer services. Ordered two ‘Ella’ chairs this year and within a year both ended up faulty orders in February 2022 and both frames were faulty. No refund was offered. Similar to the negative reviews on this website I also spoke with Mr. Chan Nishan from the sales team who confirmed on 25th October that two chairs would be exchanged only to find , two weeks later that Bart, a second member of the company has changed his mind and is sending back a faulty item instead of exchanging it as promised. The metal frame of the second chair was faulty and the first chair welding had come apart. Terrible customer services. Totally dishonest. Spoke to the manager today Daniel Osborne. No apology for the lies or poor service. Not recommended at all. I would never buy anything from this company again and will leave my feedback via Google and Instagram.
