Great quality sofa bed with a real mattress but that is what I was expecting. What I got extra was fabulous customer service from a 'no problem' approach which assured me that it would fit and stairs were not an issue, though to a great installation team - they really brought extra value to the product in respect of their professional attitude to the product and my home.
