Just wanted to leave a review for the Furl team, from visiting the show room to ordering the bed everything was easy. The quality of these beds and the customer service is a credit to all at Furl. The options available for the max bed we purchased enabled us to get a good quality bespoke bed and mattress for less than we would have paid at a high street department store. the bed was a finishing touch to our recent bedroom extension. The fitters from Furl were exceptional compared to the other tradesmen who have visited, from the moment they stepped into the house they slipped on protective shoe covers and took great care when moving the components into the room. Once built they showed us the bed working and tided up every bit of packaging leaving no mess behind. If only all tradesmen were this efficient. To sum it up; from help choosing at the showroom to delivery everything about Furl was top class.
