Excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the shop right through to when the sofa bed was delivered. I spent a lot of time choosing the sofa bed I wanted and Zeynep was incredibly helpful. I also spoke to some of her colleagues who again were great. The deliver chaps spent time showing me how it all worked and were very polite. I am delighted with the sofa bed and will certainly recommend Furl to everyone I know.
