The delivery team was polite, efficient and tidy delivering and assembling the sofabed. Explained things and answered all questions. The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is not about the delivery team but the delivery process itself. I asked the day prior for an idea of the delivery time window and never got a response. I only learned of the delivery time a few hours prior and it was right in the middle of a schedule conference call that I had to cancel. Delivery windows should be given prior to the delivery day so that not only Furl but also the client can plan their day.
