Bought two Furl Max+ storage beds over several months. Broadly speaking, happy, despite the second, smaller bed costing more than the original due to price inflation. Positives: the beds are well designed, elegant, space-saving, robust, have changeable covers, are UK-made, - and do the job. The delivery crew gave a courtesy call an hour before arrival and arrived on time. A few minor gripes, however: 1. Please ask delivery staff not to rest bed materials against customers' walls - it marks them. 2. Delivery for the second bed was approximately 20 days over the estimated delivery date, which is a disappointment, given the price paid. 3. The on-hold telephone voice does not sound warm enough and should be replaced with a professional voice-over who can suitably convey and represent the business's values.
