Product described and shown as chrome, kettle and toaster arrive a dull bog standard silver nothing like what is shown. To return you are expected to pay the return postage cost for them to also deduct £7.50 from your refund to cover the cost of the original postage which is just ridiculous when it’s their fault for miss selling something that it’s been returned. So as customers you are double charged and penalised for a product you don’t have due to no fault of your own. Poor customer service would avoid this very expensive company at all costs the appliances are certainly not worth the money
