My kettle had an issue with switching on every time. I contacted them , they asked for a video and proof of purchase. And then I was given a replacement base and it works perfectly now.
The customer service was outstanding! Responded very quickly to my emails.
Will be buying the toaster next and probably the iron 😊🙏5/5
