NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 350kg of gravel and sand, around 15 bags in total. Not only was the driver incredibly rude to my partner when dropping off but every single bag had a hole in it! The driver even needed to use our mop bucket for some of the gravel because the bags had broken. Really poor service and, quite literally, the only thing I need from a gravel bag is for the bag not to be broken so I can carry it.
When I tried to contact Fulham Timber to discuss my complaint they ignored me. Never again.
