Very good service, if quite expensive. The engineer who attended my situation was excellent in every respect. Personable, very quick and thorough. Made sure the bike was running properly and would restart as necessary. If your price was more competitive, you would have earned 5 stars. If the engineer who attended wasn't so good, you would have had 3 stars. He really was that good! As a company, you did get me out of nasty predicament to be fair.
