I didn’t misfuel my car but simply had unwanted stale fuel to dispose of (my local recycling centre refused to accept it). You advertise this as a service but in practice treat it as a misfuel and charge at your standard rates - which results in a high cost for a simple service. Your operative arrived promptly and did a neat job but you need to re-think the offering.
