The chap who attended was excellent, the service was quick, efficient and professional. Just a shame it cost so much, it feels a little like exploitation of vulnerable situations as I’m sure it doesn’t need to cost so much… but I was grateful for the quick turnaround (waited an hour and was away 20 mins later). £440 lighter! That’s one hell of an hourly rate!!
