The technician arrived promptly and work started well. After draining and refilling he had some difficulty restarting the vehicle and had to make several calls to colleagues and friends to get advice. He later admitted he had never worked on my model of car before. However some 4 hours after arrival, and with my assistance, he managed to start the vehicle and all was well. So 5 out of 5 for promptness and effort, 3 out of 5 for skill and experience
