We purchased some stoneware and cast iron griddles recently / unfortunately when the first delivery came the stoneware had been smashed during delivery - however, the customer service we received from Fuego was fantastic and they replaced the whole order within a few days - I would recommend happily to purchase with them and would definitely use them again should I need to.
