I was very anxious about having the procedure done but upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and made to feel relaxed, this set the tone for the day. My partner came with me and was looked after and made to feel as welcome as possible. The staff couldn’t have done enough for her, we were both fed and provided drinks and snacks throughout the day. To the procedure- I was expecting maybe half the top of my head to be covered as I’d had no hair at all on the top of my head. I went into the day knowing I would need at least 1 more procedure if I wanted full coverage. However, the amount of donor hairs and the incredible work has actually given me nearly full coverage, I was shocked at how much they managed to do and how hard they worked to do this. I was made to feel as relaxed as possible throughout the day and kept as comfortable as possible. Everyone working on me was so friendly and supportive and kept me up to date on what they were doing. The clinic was immaculate and extremely professional. Not for a second was I concerned that I had made the wrong choice going here. I have been given full aftercare instructions and contact numbers in case I have any questions and to keep them updated on my progress. It definitely is not out the door and done with FUE. I cannot begin to recommend highly enough and am already on countdown until I can see them again for my next procedure. Everyone who works there is incredible, kind and genuine people and they really are the best at what they do. I cannot thank them enough for not only the incredible results they have given me but for making the whole experience effortless and as easy as possible.
