The build up the sales team were very helpful I often called with any questions which they were more than happy to answer. On the day the team were great, the surgeon and technicians were amazing very friendly throughout and great to chat to. Jeremy was also great explains everything in a friendly and easy way to help you stay at ease and doesn’t over complicate anything. The day it’s self is long but with the friendly staff and unlimited choice of films to watch it flies by. I’d describe it as a long weird day at the barbers. Can’t wait to see the full result.
