"We ordered a fridge, which arrived on time and runs perfectly. We had issues regarding collection of a fridge - the collection company gave us a smaller time window than FFD so we missed it. Not the company's fault, however when I addressed this issue, the woman on the phone was short, rude and condescending. This was eventually refunded so they get credit for this, however the customer service and the loops I had to jump through to get this left a bad taste in my mouth."

Thank you for your review. We're pleased you were happy with your purchase however we are sorry to hear that your fridge collection didn't run smoothly.

Your arrangements were made regarding collection directly with a third party transit company and as such we were not privy to specific time frames. We always advise that any collection will take place up to 5 working days from receipt of payment, a service that we did honour.

We believe that there may have been confusion in communications between you, ourselves and the transit company, confusion which our customer services team tried to explain at the time. We were not obliged to issue a refund however did so as a gesture of goodwill. We are sorry you feel as if you didn't receive the quality service we endeavour to provide. We are always looking to improve and will take your remarks into account.
