I have used Friars on several occasions, always as a gift for someone else. Their chocolates are superb and normally, so, too, is the service.
On this occasion, something went badly wrong. I ordered on a Tuesday, early enough for despatch the same day according to the Friars website. I also paid a premium for next working day delivery. The chocolates arrived finally at their intended destination on Friday. Not an acceptable level of Service.
