My delivery was thrown over the fence on a day when the rain was torrential.
The instructions I had given were to put the delivery under the mat - which was protected from the weather.
In light of this disgraceful act from the delivery driver, the outer and inner boxes were soaking wet, and delivered on the wrong day - they were supposed to be delivered two days later and were delivered two days early.
The product was not in a good condition when it arrived.
If I could give 0 stars, I would have done so.
