I placed an order for a box of chocolates for my wife as a Valentines Day present as I was due to be away at sea with the Royal Navy on the 14 February and wanted to get her something nice.
I placed the order on the 4th February and later that day I received an email saying my order had been dispatched.
It is now the 13th February and nothing has yet been delivered to my wife.
