I made an order and Royal Mail claimed that it was delivered. I did not receive anything. I still don't know where my parcel is. I have contacted Royal Mail and they told me they would call me back with information about it, for they were supposed to ask the courier who was responsible for the delivery. Few days later, I still did not receive any call back. Freshskin used to reply to my emails before this incident. Now after explaining them the whole situation, I have not heard anything back from them. It's a shame as I was really excited to try their oils. I've been left disappointed and lost my money. I cannot recommend this company.
