So i had a leak from the water machine on the floor. Called at 4.56pm and Clive was very good when i spoke with him. He wasn't flustered unlike me. he stopped the leak with clear concise instruction. I still asked for an engineer to attend as this was a mains tap issue. Ryan came today (10 working hours later) and showed me in detail what happened. changed a valve more for my peace of mind than needing to and then explained how the system works and the fails safes involved (Freshground install a leak detection system to all the appliances installed). Fresh Ground have been superb and again they have proved what a good decision it was to choose them as my coffee machine and water dispensing supplier.
